The Phoenix Desert Dogs took the Arizona Fall League championship on Saturday afternoon.

Right fielder John Mayberry and shortstop Elvis Andrus both played and each went 1-for-4 with a double.
Kea Kometani didn't give up a run in two-thirds of an inning. He surrendered one hit, one walk, and struck out one.

Jason Botts was 0-for-4 with a walk.

Venezuelan Winter League

No Rangers appeared on Saturday.

Freddy Guzman entered as a late-inning replacement and singled in his only at bat.
