Arizona Fall League: Surprise 12 - Mesa 5

Right-hander Daniel Gutierrez was dominant in his Fall League debut, tossing three hitless, scoreless innings. He walked two and struck out two.

Catcher Doug Hogan was 2-for-4 with a double, his first extra-base hit of the Fall League season.

Second baseman Marcus Lemon singled once in four at-bats.

Evan Reed gave up one run on two hits and a walk in one inning of relief work. He struck out one.

Mexican Pacific League

No Rangers saw action on Thursday evening.

Venezuelan Winter League

La Guaira leadoff hitter David Paisano singled once and walked once in five plate appearances.

Designated hitter Max Ramirez went 1-for-2 with a double and two walks.

Shortstop Renny Osuna got the start and singled once in four at-bats, driving in one run.

Right-hander Jorge Quintero tossed 1.1 innings of scoreless relief. He allowed zero hits, walked one, and fanned zero.

All four players play for the La Guaira Tiburones.
