Catcher Taylor Teagarden batted in the fifth slot and singled once in three at-bats.

Doug Hogan took over behind the plate after Teagarden, and he had one hit in two trips.

Second baseman Marcus Lemon popped out in his only plate appearance.

Reliever Brennan Garr allowed two runs on three hits in two innings. He walked one and struck out one.

No Rangers appeared on Saturday.

Venezuelan Winter League

Caracas right-hander Guillermo Moscoso worked a scoreless inning out of the bullpen, striking out one batter.

La Guaira designated hitter Max Ramirez was 0-for-2 with three walks.

David Paisano entered the game as a pinch runner and stole his third base of the winterball season.

Dominican Winter League

Pinch runner and third baseman Andres James stole a base and scored a run for Licey.

Toros left fielder Esteban German was hitless in three at-bats. First baseman Mauro Gomez played as a defensive replacement, but he didn't have a plate appearance.

Escogido leadoff man Joaquin Arias was 1-for-4 with his first triple of the season. He also committed his second error.
