Arizona Fall League: Surprise - OFF

As usual, the Arizona Fall League took Sunday off.

Mexican Pacific League

Luis Mendoza was outstanding for Obregon on Sunday, as he tossed seven scoreless innings. He surrendered two hits while walking two and striking out 11.

In 43.1 innings this season, Mendoza has a 3.32 ERA, allowing just 34 hits, walking only 13 and striking out 40.

Venezuelan Winter League

Centerfielder David Paisano got the start and batted leadoff. He went 2-for-4 with a double and a base on balls. He also stole his fifth base of the season.

Second baseman Renny Osuna, who batted second, singled twice in five trips.

Max Ramirez was 1-for-3 with a walk and two runs batted in.

Dominican Winter League

Warner Madrigal earned his first victory of the winter by retiring all four batters he faced, getting one strikeout.

Toros left fielder Esteban German's batting average dropped to .250 after he went 0-for-2 with a walk. He stole his second base.

Centerfielder Julio Borbon appeared in his first game of the winter, playing for Aguilas Cibaenas. He was 1-for-4 with a double and two stolen bases.

Puerto Rican Winter League

No Rangers appeared on Sunday.
