Tuesday was a light day for Rangers prospects in the Caribbean, but Guillermo Moscoso turned in another strong effort for the Caracas Lions. Lone Star Dugout takes a look at all of the day's winterball action.

The Rafters finished with a .500 mark, two games behind the division-winning Peoria Javelinas in the Arizona Fall League's West Division.

Mexican Pacific League

No Rangers appeared on Tuesday.

Venezuelan Winter League

Guillermo Moscoso (3.97 ERA/.284 BAA) got his second consecutive start, and he pitched well one again. The right-hander went five innings, allowing one run and scattering seven hits. He walked one and struck out three.

Magallanes shortstop Elvis Andrus went hitless in four at-bats, striking out three times. He did have one run batted in. The shortstop committed his seventh error in just 18 games this winter.

Dominican Winter League

No Rangers appeared on Tuesday.

Puerto Rican Winter League

Adalberto Flores had one of his cleaner outings of the winter for Ponce, as he retired three of the four batters he faced. Flores walked one and struck out one.

In 9.1 innings this winter, the 6-foot-7 reliever has allowed seven earned runs [6.75 ERA] on 12 hits, walking nine and fanning seven.
