The Rafters finished with a .500 mark, two games behind the division-winning Peoria Javelinas in the Arizona Fall League's West Division.

Mexican Pacific League

No Rangers appeared on Sunday.

Venezuelan Winter League

There were no games on Sunday. The round-robin playoffs begin on Monday and go through January 17th. The seven-game championship series will begin on January 19.

The La Guaira club–which included Max Ramirez, Renny Osuna, David Paisano, and Joseph Ortiz–did not reach the postseason.

Dominican Winter League

Joaquin Arias had a rough night as leadoff hitter of Escogido. Arias' club dropped a 4-3 decision in 12 innings, and he went hitless in six at-bats, striking out twice.

Esteban German played right field for the Toros in their 3-1 victory over Licey. German singled three times, drove home two runs, and stole his second base in as many games.

Defensive replacement Engel Beltre played centerfield and grounded out to first base in his only plate appearance.

Toros reliever Jumbo Diaz picked up his first hold of the postseason, retiring all three hitters he faced in the eighth inning.

Puerto Rican Winter League

Adalberto Flores served up a solo homer to veteran catcher Raul Casanova, but he had an otherwise solid outing. The 6-foot-7 reliever allowed just that one hit in two innings of work, walking one and striking out one.
