The Rafters finished with a .500 mark, two games behind the division-winning Peoria Javelinas in the Arizona Fall League's West Division.

Mexican Pacific League

There were no scheduled games on Thursday.

Venezuelan Winter League

La Guaira shortstop Renny Osuna was 0-for-3 with a base on balls. Right fielder David Paisano saw action as a defensive replacement, but he didn't get a plate appearance.

Dominican Winter League

Nelson Cruz went off in the Gigantes' 7-4 victory on Thursday evening. The right fielder was 3-for-3 with two home runs, a walk, and four runs batted in. He now has a .364 batting average in his limited playoff action.

Toros second baseman Esteban German was 1-for-3 with a sacrifice fly in his game against Cruz's Cibao team. He committed his second error of the postseason.

Hard-throwing righty Jumbo Diaz finally yielded a run, as he served up a solo homer in two innings of work. Overall, he allowed two hits, walked two, and struck out three. Diaz has a 1.00 earned-run average in the playoffs.

Despite his Mendoza Line-like average, shortstop Joaquin Arias moved up to Escogido's leadoff spot on Thursday, and he singled three times in five at-bats. Arias drove in a run and stole his third base.

Puerto Rican Winter League

There were no games on Thursday.
