Arizona Fall League: Surprise - SEASON OVER

The Rafters finished with a .500 mark, two games behind the division-winning Peoria Javelinas in the Arizona Fall League's West Division.

Mexican Pacific League

Mazatlan defeated Hermosillo, 5-3, in game one of the LMP Championship Series. Former Ragners farmhand Randy Williams picked up the save for the Venados by striking out two in a scoreless ninth inning.

Venezuelan Winter League

Magallanes defeated Caracas, 12-10, to take a 2-0 lead in the Championship Series. Both Andrus brothers–Erold and Elvis–went deep in the game. Shortstop Elvis Andrus was 2-for-4 with a solo homer. The round-tripper came off Leones starting pitcher Gustavo Chacin.

Guillermo Moscoso came out of the bullpen for Caracas, and he yielded three runs (two earned) in 1.2 innings pitched. He allowed three hits while walking two and fanning one.

Dominican Winter League

There was no game on Friday.

Puerto Rican Winter League

No Rangers appeared on Friday.
