I bet his innings cap would be around 160-170. If that's the case, let's do the math. He could start 30 games and average 5 innings per outing. That would give him 150, with some to spare for the playoffs. Keep a couple long relief guys in the pen (i.e. LeCure, Simon, maybe sign another one) that can help him.
It's not that hard to manage his innings better than the Nats did with Strasburg.
