Cubs sign Eloy Jimenez
According to reports, the Chicago Cubs have signed 16-year-old Dominican outfielder Eloy Jimenez to a $2.8 million bonus and a $250,000 college scholarship. Jimenez is considered one of the top prospects and was demanding the highest signing bonus. The Cubs said he has reported to the Cubs new academy in La Gina.
