AAA: Omaha 4, Colorado Springs 1

W: Anthony Lerew (3-2, 3.10)
HR: Kila Ka'aihue (8)

Anthony Lerew pitched seven tough innings, allowing nine hits but only one run in Omaha's 4-1 victory over Colorado Springs. Jordan Parraz threw out a runner at the plate in the first inning, and Alex Gordon doubled up a runner at first in the second inning. Victor Marte relieved Lerew, only allowing one hit and striking out four batters, picking up his second save of the year.

At the plate, Alex Gordon went 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored, while Irving Falu went 2-for-3. Kila Ka'aihue smacked a two-run bomb in the third inning, his team-leading eighth home run of the year.

Low-A: Wisconsin 4, Burlington 2

L: Mike Lehman (1-3, 6.20)
HR: Carlo Testa (4)

The Bees scored two runs in the first inning, but were then shut out over the final eight frames in a 4-2 loss to the Timber Rattlers. The two runs scored on a home run by Carlos Testa, who also added a triple on the day. Wil Myers went 2-for-4 with a run scored, while Fernando Cruz went 2-for-3. Jose Bonilla, however, was the only other hitter for Burlington to record a hit.

Starter Tyler Sample was hit in the leg by a line drive during the first at-bat of the game. He finished the inning scoreless, but was removed from the game after the first. Mike Lehman pitched the next four innings, allowing four runs on seven hits, including three home runs. Rodolfo Encarnacion closed out the game by throwing three scoreless innings, but the damage was already done.

Burlington continues its road trip by playing four games in Clinton against the LumberKings. The series will include a doubleheader on Wednesday, the second game being a make-up game for last Thursday's rainout in Burlington.
