Williams has close to all the tools, but few of them are that developed at this point. He's a plus runner currently, but won't throw well enough to play center field as a professional. He'll be a corner outfielder with plus-plus range. Williams has massive potential at the plate as well, but is still being exploited by more advanced pitching. He has some timing issues at the dish, but shows the bat speed and natural lift in batting practice that intrigues scouts. He also has a big league body already and still has some room to grow.
