Scouting Report

He's a second baseman with legitimate power potential, and that makes Overstreet an intriguing commodity. The arm is going to come up a little bit short to play on the other side of the bag, and he's not quite as physical as today's shortstops and third basemen. But, his bat speed and power stand out. He uses his lower half exceptionally and drives the ball out with ease. He's shown some good game action results, and his mature approach deserves credit for that.
