Physical Description

Adrian Marin is a good athlete with a lot of agility. He's not a physically imposing player, but has some strength in his lower half.

Marin has a loud bat. He has a bit of a complicated swing, but he lifts well and squares the ball up very consistently.

The power is surprising very impressive from Marin. He shows consistent raw power and lift in batting practice. It's still not quite there in game action, but 15-20 home run power could blossom.

It's difficult to project a position for Marin. He's an outstanding athlete and has showed an ability in center field, shortstop, and second base. Given his offensive profile, second base may be the best option.

Marin is a plus to plus-plus runner. He's going to be a significant stolen base threat at the professional level.

The value in Marin's game is the combination of athleticism and his hit tool. There's a lot of development required in his game but the upside is solid.
