Duane Below was masterful as the starter, giving up just one run on two hits in eight innings of work, while striking out 11. Enrique Gonzalez gave up two runs in his inning of work to lose the 2-1 lead the Hens had going into the ninth, but the offense saved this one as Argenis Diaz ripped a double and was brought home by Andy Dirks on a single, and then Dirks scored on Rhymes' double. Diaz also finished 2-for-4 with a pair of RBI.
