AAA Toledo Mud Hens - Columbus 4, Toledo 3
65-76, 4th in West Division
Andy Oliver again battled his control as Toledo lost 4-3. Oliver allowed three runs in six innings, but walked seven while striking out six. David Purcey allowed a run in relief, while Brayan Villarreal tossed a scoreless inning. Scott Thorman had two hits including an RBI, and Ryan Strieby added a hit, a run and an RBI.
AA Erie Seawolves - Erie 9, Bowie 2
66-73, 5th in Western Division
Brooks Brown tossed six shutout innings for the 'Wolves including a walk and five strikeouts to pick up his third win of the year. Brandon Douglas and Bryan Pounds each had a hit, a run and two RBI, while Deik Scram went 2-for-3 with a triple and a run driven in.

GM2: Tampa 5, Lakeland 2
27-39, 6th in North Division
Shawn Teufel went the distance and took the loss in the first game, giving up three runs in seven innings of work. He also walked two and struck out five. Rob Brantly and Avisail Garcia each had two hits, with Garcia also ripping a triple. Tyler White took the loss in the second game, giving up two runs in three innings. Matt Little also allowed two more runs in an inning of work. Jordan Lennerton had two hits including a double and drove in a run.
A West Michigan Whitecaps - West Michigan 3, Lake County 0
37-30, t-3rd in Eastern division
The Whitecaps picked up a shutout win over Lake County as they push for the final playoff spot. Kyle Ryan led the way with six shutout innings and six strikeouts, while Kevan Hess and Michael Torrealba combined for three scoreless, no-hit innings, with Torrealba getting the save. Clay Jones went 2-for-4 with an RBI, while Josh Ashenbrenner had three hits and scored once.
SS-A Connecticut Tigers - GM1: Connecticut 10, Lowell 1
GM2: Connecticut 4, Lowell 3
38-34, 1st in Stedler Division
Luis Angel Sanz got the win for the CT-Tigers in the first game, going all seven innings, allowing one run on one hit with seven strikeouts. Eugenio Suarez had a double and three RBI, while Tyler Collins added a double and two runs driven in. Javier Azcona also had a three run homer. Rayni Guichardo gave up three runs in three innings as the starter, with Pedro Perez tossing three scoreless innings of relief to get the win. Josh Barfield pitched a perfect ninth to earn the save. Collins went 2-for-2 with a homer and two RBI.
