Brad Eldred homered three times as the Mud Hens won in a slugfest. Eldred went 3-for-5 with the three home runs and seven RBIs. His 12 homers leads the International League. Right behind Eldred in the lineup, Danny Worth went 2-for-5 with a solo home run. Omir Santos went 3-for-5 with two doubles, one RBI and one run scored. Brooks Brown got the start and gave up seven earned runs over five innings, but picked up the win thanks to Toledo's offense.

6-10, 5th in Eastern Division

Mark Sorenson gave up five earned runs in just two innings and recorded the loss. Recently-acquired Zach Miner made his first appearance for Erie since 2007, but gave up two earned runs, four hits and two walks over two innings. At the plate, Rawley Bishop went 2-for-3 with a solo home run. Rob Brantly went 2-for-3 with two RBIs.

High-A Lakeland Flying Tigers
8-8, 3rd in North Division

James Robbins went 3-for-5 with two solo home runs. Eight of the Flying Tigers scored a run and six had multiple hits. Nick Castellanos went 3-for-5 with three RBIs. Tyler Collins went 3-for-5 with two doubles, two RBIs and a run scored. Kevin Eichhorn gave up three earned runs over 6 1/3 innings and picked up his first win of the season.

Low-A West Michigan Whitecaps
9-10, 6th in Eastern Division

Brennan Smith gave up two earned runs over 3 2/3 innings in the start, recording the loss. West Michigan used five pitchers in the game. Tim Kelley gave up four earned runs in 1 1/3 innings. Chad Wright, Steven Moya and Patrick Leyland each went 2-for-4, but the Whitecaps left 11 runners on base.
