AAA Toledo Mud Hens
35-52, 3rd in West Division
Casey Crosby allowed three hits over seven scoreless innings to pick up the win. Crosby also walked four and struck out four. Half of Toledo's offense came on one swing, as Bryan Pounds went 1-for-4 with a grand slam. Ryan Strieby went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored.
AA Erie Seawolves
42-43, T-3rd in Eastern Division
The top three batters in Erie lineup — Jamie Johnson, Niuman Romero and Nick Castellanos — each went 2-for-4. Johnson had a double, an RBI and two runs scored. Ramon Garcia gave up three earned runs over 6 2/3 innings, but left in a tie game. Erie scored three in the seventh, and Michael Morrison picked up the win with 1 1/3 scoreless innings of relief. Bruce Rondon allowed a hit and a walk, but picked up his eighth save.
High-A Lakeland Flying Tigers
7-6, T-3rd in North Division
Alex Burgos gave up two runs (one earned) on four hits over seven innings to move to 6-8 on the season. Burgos walked three and struck out six. Luis Castillo went 2-for-3 with an RBI and a run scored, while Curt Casali went 1-for-4 with a double. Tyler Clark picked up the save with 1 2/3 scoreless innings. He walked one, but struck out the other five batters.
Low-A West Michigan Whitecaps
8-7, T-2nd in Eastern Division

Jeff Ferrell allowed four earned runs over 2 2/3 innings in the start and picked up the loss. Edgar Corcino led the Whitecaps at the plate, going 1-for-4 with a solo home run. Nicholas Avila allowed three runs (two earned) in 2 1/3 innings of relief, while Slade Smith gave up two earned runs over two-plus innings.
5-14, T-3rd in New York-Penn League Stedler
Montreal Robertson gave up four earned runs over 6 2/3 innings and fell to 0-2 on the season. Jake Stewart went 1-for-5 with a solo home run, while Tyler Hanover went 2-for-4 with an RBI. Batavia scored two in the bottom of the seventh to take the lead and held on for the win.
Reinaldo Robles allowed two earned runs over four innings and picked up the loss, while Junior Camaripano gave up four earned runs over two innings. Victor Padron went 2-for-3 with a double for the Tigers, while Jose Zambrano went 2-for-4.
10-16, 5th in San Pedro de Macoris
There is no box score for the Tigers' game at the Brewers.
13-4, T-1st in GCL North
Fernando Perez allowed one hit over 5 2/3 scoreless innings and picked up his first win of the season. Three relievers combined to give up one hit over 3 1/3 scoreless. Austin Schotts continued to tear it up, going 3-for-5 with two RBIs and three runs scored, while Rashad Brown went 1-for-1 with a pinch-hit, two-RBI double and a run scored.
