AAA Toledo Mud Hens
48-74, T-3rd in West Division
In the first game of the doubleheader, Danny Dorn went 3-for-3 with two runs scored. Brooks Brown allowed one earned run over four innings in the start, but Andrew Oliver picked up the win with three scoreless innings of relief. Brad Davis went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and a run scored.
In the second game, the Mud Hens earned a win despite a load of ejections. Starter Drew Smyly, manager Phil Nevin, Bruce Rondon and pitching coach A.J. Sager were all ejected at various points. Smyly allowed two earned runs over 1 2/3 innings, while Luis Marte picked up the win with a scoreless inning of relief. Ben Guez went 1-for-3 with a triple and two RBIs.
AA Erie Seawolves
53-66, 6th in Eastern Division
Daniel Fields hit a leadoff homer in the bottom of the ninth for a walk-off win. Field went 2-for-4, while Avisail Garcia went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs. James Avery gave up four earned runs over six innings in the start and Rob Waite picked up the win after a scoreless ninth.
High-A Lakeland Flying Tigers
26-22, 3rd in North Division
Shawn Teufel gave up seven earned runs over 3 2/3 innings of relief and recorded the loss. Daniel Schlereth pitched a scoreless first with two walks in the start. At the plate, Dean Green went 3-for-4 with two RBIs, while Wade Gaynor went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI.
Low-A West Michigan Whitecaps
23-25, 6th in Eastern Division

Melvin Mercedes gave up an unearned run in the top of the 15th and picked up the loss. Mercedes pitched three innings of relief. Aaron Westlake went 2-for-7 with two doubles, while Jeff McVaney went 1-for-5 with a double and two RBIs.
24-28, 4th in New York-Penn League Stedler
Jake Stewart went 2-for-4 with a two run homer to lead the Tigers at the plate. Charles Gillies pitched two perfect innings in the start, while Ramon Lebron picked up the win with 3 2/3 scoreless innings of relief. Eric Heckaman pitched three scoreless innings of relief for the save.
24-31, 5th in San Pedro de Macoris
Juan Alcantara allowed an unearned run in the bottom of the 10th and recorded the loss. It was the only run he gave up in 4 2/3 innings of relief of Carlos Lara.Francisco Contreras went 4-for-4 with a run scored, while Felix Santana went 1-for-5 with a double and an RBI.
31-17, 1st in GCL North
The Tigers scored an run in the seventh, eighth and ninth innings for the comeback win. Joshua Carr allowed three runs (two earned) over four innings in the start, while Julio Felix picked up the win after two scoreless innings of relief. Jose Valdez pitched a scoreless ninth for the save. Austin Schotts went 3-for-5 with a run scored, while Harold Castro went 2-for-3 with a double, an RBI and two runs scored.
