Erie recovered from yesterday's loss by scoring two runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to top Harrisburg in a come-from-behind win. Erie trailed by one run going into the bottom of the ninth inning in Wednesday's game against Harrisburg but James McCann drove in the tying run and a throwing error pushed in the game-winning run as the SeaWolves topped the Senators 7-6. Victor Larez earned a no decision in the start after giving up five earned runs on seven hits in seven innings of work. Justin Souza earned his third win of the season after shutting out Harrisburg over ? innings. Wade Gaynor and Hernan Perez each notched solo home runs in the win.

After falling behind 1-0 Lakeland put up four unanswered runs against Fort Myers as the Flying Tigers topped the Miracle 4-1 on Wednesday. Starting pitcher Jeff Ferrell earned his first win of the season after giving up one unearned run on five hits over six innings. Slade Smith earned his second save of the season in the win. Dixon Machado drove in his first run of the season on a 3-for-5 night at the plate. Aaron Westlake also drove in a run on a double in the win.

West Michigan held a 4-2 in Wednesday's game against Dayton before allowing four unanswered runs late as the Whitecaps fell to the Dragons 6-4. Edgar De La Rosa earned a no decision in the start, allowing three earned runs on five hits in 6 ? innings of work. Reliever Josh Turley's record dropped to 5-2 with the loss after giving up two earned runs in ? innings. Mario Martinez had a solid night for the Whitecaps offensively, going 1-for-3 while driving in two runs in the loss.
