1. RHP Michael Fulmer - AA Erie

Michael Fulmer got hit around a bit, allowing three runs off six hits and a walk over four innings. Our Director of Scouting Mark Anderson was in attendance, stating, "@ProspectMark: Even getting hit today, Michael Fulmer was very impressive; potential high #3 starter; 94-95 t97; easy + SL at 88-90; pot. 5 CH." Fulmer is now 2-1 with a 1.62 ERA and 15 strikeouts to just four walks over 16 2/3 innings with the SeaWolves.
2. RHP Drew Smith - SS Connecticut

Drew Smith had just one outing this past week; he struck two over a clean inning. The 21-year-old right-hander now has a minuscule 0.31 ERA and 0.68 WHIP, while striking out 36 and walking just four over 29 1/3 innings. Smith will represent the Connecticut Tigers in the NYPL All-Star Game tonight.
3. RHP Tyler Alexander - SS Connecticut

Tyler Alexander's hot start continued this past week, as he struck out three and allowed just one earned-run over three innings. The 21-year-old southpaw has allowed just three earned-runs while striking out 23 over 28 innings. Alexander will also represent the Connecticut Tigers in the NYPL All-Start Game tonight.
4. OF Christin Stewart - A West Michigan

Christin Stewart's hot streak continues as he's now 12-for-38 (.316) with two homers and ten runs-batted-in over his last ten games. Stewart, the Tigers compensation pick in this past June's Draft is now batting .301 with a .827 OPS over 113 at-bats since his promotion to Class-A West Michigan. His steady production at the plate has him as this week's fast riser, jumping five spots in the power rankings.
5. SP Beau Burrows - Rookie / GCL

6. RHP Joe Jimenez - A West Michigan

Joe Jimenez continues to dominate MidWest League batters. The 20-year-old flame-thrower struck out five over three scoreless innings since we last checked in. The impressive streak continues, as Jimenez is now 3-0 with 11 saves, a 0.73 ERA and 31 strikeouts to just six walks over his last 24 2/3 innings.
7. SS JaCoby Jones - AA Erie
443 AB | .260 AVG | .740 OPS | 19 2B | 3 3B | 15 HR | 20 SB
JaCoby Jones falls a few spots after cooling down a bit over the past week. The 23-year-old former third-rounder is batting .250 with 11 strikeouts over his past 36 at-bats. Jones has clubbed five homers while batting .259 with a .904 OPS over fifteen games since joining the SeaWolves.
8. OF Michael Gerber - A West Michigan

Michael Gerber is 13-for-42 (.310) with a couple walks, three doubles and a homer over his last ten games. The 23-year-old outfielder's .859 OPS and 64 RBI are 4th best, and his .308 batting-average is 5th best in the MidWest League this season.
9. LHP Kevin Ziomek - A+ Lakeland

Kevin Ziomek has been on a bit of a tear, posting a 1.29 ERA with 24 strikeouts over 21 innings this month. The 23-year-old southpaw has been Lakeland's most consistent starting pitcher in the second half, posting a respectable 2.98 ERA with 53 strikeouts over 57 1/3 innings. Ziomek also leads the Florida State League in strikeouts.
10. OF Victor Padron - SS Connecticut

Victor Padron has been one of Connecticut's most consistent bats this summer. The 20-year-old outfielder lacks extra-base power, but he's batting an impressive .331 with 13 walks to just 19 strikeouts over 160 at-bats. Padron leads the NYPL in hitting, and he's representing the Connecticut Tigers in the NYPL All-Star Game this evening.
