Blaine Hardy Rehabs for Lakeland Flying Tigers in Florida State League

Blaine Hardy was plagued by shoulder soreness this spring, and because of it, started the season off on the disabled list and stayed back in Lakeland. Watch Hardy in action in his rehab appearance for the Flying Tigers.

Blaine Hardy made his first appearance of the 2016 regular season, but rather than doing so in relief for the Detroit Tigers, it was still in Lakeland, at Henley Field.

Hardy had shoulder soreness this spring, and wasn't going to be ready for regular work when camp broke last week, so Hardy started the year on the disabled list, which meant staying back in Lakeland.

Hardy got the start for the Flying Tigers, pitching just one inning. He allowed one hit in his inning of work, but did strike out a pair of batters. Watch Hardy in action in the backdrop of Henley Field, the Flying Tigers 2016 home while Joker Marchant Stadium renovations continue.
