Despite jumping out to an early 5-2 lead, Toledo couldn't hold the lead in the middle innings, and fell 8-7. Alfredo Figaro got the start, giving up six runs on eight hits in 4 2/3 innings of work. Scot Drucker and Daniel Schlereth combined to throw 3 1/3 innings of scoreless baseball to get the team to the ninth with a one run lead, but Jay Sborz allowed a pair of runs to blow the save and take the loss. Andy Dirks had three hits and three RBI for the club, while Ben Guez added a double and a pair of RBI, and Will Rhymes had two hits and scored two runs.

Thad Weber tossed a complete game as the SeaWolves picked up where they left off after a day off with a 7-1 win over New Britain. Weber went the distance, allowing one run on five hits with eight strikeouts for the 'Wolves. Billy Nowlin led the charge at the plate with two doubles, two runs scored and two RBI, while Bryan Pounds added three hits and two runs driven in. Kody Kaiser and Cale Iorg also added solo home runs.

The Flying Tigers were led by Jacob Turner as they picked up a 4-0 shutout win over Clearwater. Turner went 5 1/3 innings, allowing just two hits with five strikeouts to earn the victory. A trio of Lakeland relievers then combined to close out the game and secure the win, including Shawn Teufel tossing two shutout innings. Samir Rijo led the way at the plate with a two run homer and three RBI total. Jordan Lennerton also added two hits including a double and an RBI.

The Whitecaps got some strong pitching while getting up on the scoreboard early and often as they cruised to a 9-2 victory over Dayton. Jared Wesson got the win, giving up a run on three hits in five innings of work. Michael Rockett ripped a pair of doubles as part of his three hits and also scored twice and drove in two runs, while Hernan Perez added two hits, two runs and two RBI.

The CT-Tigers fell to Jamestown 5-4 on Tuesday. Rayni Guichardo got the start and a no decision, giving up four runs on five hits in five innings of work. Miguel Mejia took the loss in relief for allowing a run in three innings of work. Julio Rodriguez had two hits and two RBI for the club in the loss.

The GCL Tigers fell 9-1 in a rain shortened game to the GCL Yankees. Kyle Ryan took the loss, giving up five runs (four earned) in 2 1/3 innings of work. Kyle Peter had two hits including a double, and was driven home by Edwin Gomez for the club's only run.

The DSL Tigers dropped both games of a doubleheader to the DSL Rangers, falling 4-3 and then 8-2. Gregory Paulino got the start in the first game, giving up a run on just one hit in four innings of work. Luis Hidalgo took the loss in relief for allowing three unearned runs. Alwin Delgado had two hits and drove in two runs. Edgar De La Rosa got the start and took the loss in the second game, again the victim of poor defense, giving up five runs but just one earned in three innings of work. Aldo Nadia had two hits, a walk and an RBI.
