In our inaugural Cape Cod League prospect power rankings, ranks the top 15 performances by the top 2007 draft prospects playing in the Cape Cod League. In the first installment of these power rankings, pitchers dominate the list.

Note: This list is not about who are the better players or prospects, but rather who is doing the best and making the most of their opportunities.

9 David Macias HYA Versatile and scrappy, Macias has been on a tear since the summer season began, batting an impressive .378 in 48 at-bats. -
10 Sam Demel FAL Converted starter has been lights out in the closer's role, leading the league with 3 saves, striking out 10 in 7 innings, and compiling a 0.00 ERA. -
11 Tony Watson HAR Hard throwing southpaw is 2-0 with an impressive 0.69 ERA 13 innings, and is also the owner of 0.70 WHIP. -
12 Donnie Hume YRD Named the league's Player Of The Week following a lights out complete game shutout performance, Hume and his 1.29 ERA have been impressive in the early going. -
13 Ross Detwiler FAL Big southpaw has struck out 12 K/9 and has compiled a sparkling 1.74 ERA in just over 10 innings of work. -
14 Cody Crowell BRW Cape Cod native has impressed the home folks, as he is second in the league in strikeouts (20) and has walked only 4 in 15.2 lights out innings. -
15 Steffan Wilson WAR The Harvard standout is near the top of the league in hitting with his .333 average and has also doubled 5 times, leading the Wareham offense. -
