Celtics Sign Marcus Georges-Hunt

The Celtics added another guard to their roster yesterday, signing Marcus George-Hunt, a 6'5 shooting guard out of Georgia Tech.

Apparently the Celtics think they can have unlimited guards because they added another one, this time signing shooting guard Marcus George-Hunt, a four year starter for Georgia Tech that will most likely be headed to Maine to play for the Red Claws in the NBA D-League. Boston will have to cut him and hope he doesn't get picked up in order to assign him to Maine, but there is a good chance he'll make it through without being picked up.

Boston has used 19 of their 20 allotted training camp roster spots, so it should be interesting to see who they acquire in the next couple weeks. Also, with so many bodies on the roster, don't rule out a trade before the start of training camp. James Harden was traded two days before training camp, so there is precedent for an All-Star to be moved late in the summer.
