Charlotte hosts New York Wednesday night at Time Warner Cable Arena

The New York Knicks are slated to visit Time Warner Cable Arena Wednesday night, the team’s first matchup against the Charlotte Hornets (3-4) this season.

Charlotte is coming off a 2-1 road trip against Dallas, San Antonio and Minnesota. New York has started the season with a 3-1 road record in its first four games. 

Jeremy Lamb and Jeremy Lin continue to be a force off the bench for Charlotte. The pair combined for 37 points Tuesday night against the Timberwolves. Charlotte's bench entered Tuesday night's game averaging 40 points per game, ranked third in the Eastern Conference; the bench scored 57 points in its win over Minnesota.

Cody Zeller had a breakthrough game for the Buzz against the T-Wolves. The third-year pro registered 14 points and six rebounds.
