I assume Dial suddenly becomes the starter? I'm not sure they have anyone else suited to playing nose tackle.
They'll definitely have to dumpster dive a bit. Fortunately, though, nose tackle is the starter on their defense that plays the fewest number of snaps. I wonder if they'll play more 4-3 alignments this season, as they tend to be a hybrid of the two schemes anyway.
There's so much usage of nickel and dime subpackages that losing a nose tackle isn't that big an issue. Dorsey was a failed defensive end in KC before they moved him to nose tackle in the wake of Ian William's brutal injury. The coaching staff is more than capable of figuring this out, most likely with Quinton Dial being the starter.
