Tbe Buffalo Bills placed wide receiver Donald Jones on injured reserve with a high ankle sprain as well as cornerback Terrence McGee Due to a knee injury, ending their respective seasons.
The Bills promoted wide receiver Kamar Aiken to the active roster and signed veteran wide receiver Derek Hagan.
Aiken spent the first 11 weeks of the season on the Bills' practice squad after joining the Bills as an undrafted free agent in July. The 6-2, 213-pound Central Florida product totaled 121 catches for 1,924 yards and 17 touchdowns in his collegiate career.
Hagan entered the NFL as a third-round (82nd overall) draft pick of Miami in 2006. He has spent time on the rosters of Miami (2006-08), New York Giants (2008-10) and Oakland (2011). The 6-2, 215-pound Arizona State product has played in 65 games, making seven starts and recorded 96 catches for 1,083 yards and five touchdowns.
The Bills signed cornerback Prince Miller to the practice squad and re-signed offensive guard Keith Williams to the practice swuad who replaces offensive tackle Thomas Welch on the practice squad.
Miller joins Buffalo after being released by Indianapolis on Nov. 9.
The 5-foot-9, 198-pound Georgia product entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with Baltimore in 2010. He played in four games with Detroit lat year.
