The Miami Dolphins are going to cut veteran safety Yeremiah Bell, a league source confirmed.
Bell, 34, recorded 107 tackles, one interceptions and two sacks last season.
He was due a $4.3 million base salary and carried a $6.2 million salary-cap figure heading into the final year of his contract.
Bell has played for the Dolphins for eight seasons.
Bell has 560 career tackles, 11 sacks, nine forced fumbles and six interceptions.
