The Buffalo Bills have signed up the following draft picks: fourth-round linebacker Nigel Bradham, fourth-round cornerback Ron Brooks, fifth-round offensive tackle Zebrie Sanders, fifth-round linebacker Tank Carder, sixth-round offensive lineman Mark Asper and seventh-round kicker John Potter.
They're all four-year contracts Bradham led the Florida State defense in tackles for three consecutive years.The 6-2, 241-pound linebacker registered 306 tackles (189 solo) and 21.5 sacks.
Brooks played in all 53 games from 2008-11 at Louisiana State. The 5-10, 190-pound cornerback recorded 90 tackles, 12.5 stops for a loss, 5.5 sacks and returned each of his three interceptions for touchdowns with the Tigers.
Sanders, a four-year starter at Florida State, made a school and Atlantic Coast Conference-best 50 career starts – tying for second-most in Seminoles history. The 6-6, 320-pound offensive lineman earned first-team All-ACC honors in 2011.
Carder earned Mountain West Defensive Player of the Year and first-team All-MW accolades following his junior and senior years at Texas Christian. The 6-2, 236-pound linebacker finished his career with 228 tackles (137 solo), 25 stops for a loss and 9.0 sacks.
Asper started 37 of 47 games played at Oregon. The 6-6, 321-pound offensive lineman helped pave the way for the nation's fourth-best offense (522.8 yards per game) and fifth-best rushing unit (299.2 yards per game) in 2011.
Potter (6-1, 219-pounds) converted 47-of-65 field goal attempts and 184-of-188 PATs to become Western Michigan's leader for career points (333).
