Martellus Bennett active for Bears

Chicago Bears tight end Martellus Bennett will play through his rib injury tonight against the Green Bay Packers.

Chicago Bears tight end Martellus Bennett hurt his ribs in practice this week and came into tonight's contest with a questionable designation.

Yet Bennett has been declared active and will start against the Green Bay Packers.

Here are the Bears inactive players:

LB Terrance Mitchell
LB Khaseem Greene
LB Darryl Sharpton
OL Eben Britton
DE David Bass
LB DeDe Lattimore

For the Packers, the following players are inactive:

QB Scott Tolzien
CB Demetri Goodson
LB Carl Bradford
LB Jamari Lattimore
OL Jamon Meredith
WR Jeff Janis
DT Luther Robinson

Starting guards T.J. Lang and Josh Sitton, who were listed as questionable, are both active and will start. CB Sam Shields was downgraded yesterday from probable to questionable but he is also active and will start.
