Pernell McPhee and Alshon Jeffery questionable for the Bears in Week 2

Facing the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, the Chicago Bears could be without WR Alshon Jeffery and OLB Pernell McPhee, who are listed as questionable on the injury report.

The Chicao Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery and outside linebacker Pernell McPhee are listed as questionable on the Week 2 injury report.

McPhee, presumably Chicago's best pass rusher, has been nursing a wrist injury suffered in the season opener and has been limited in practice all week.

Jeffery practiced fully this week and was not present on the Wednesday or Thursday injury reports. Yet he did not practice today and is now listed with calf and hamstring injuries. Jeffery was questionable last week due to the calf injury but played in full and appeared healthy earlier this week, so this type of late-week injury is definitely concerning for the Bears.

"I think he’ll be day to day, questionable for the game," head coach John Fox said after today's practice. "He had some hamstring tightness after yesterday’s practice, and we held him out today. Questionable for the game."

Out for Sunday's contest against the Arizona Cardinals are LB Jon Bostic (ankle) and CB Tracy Porter (hamstring).

Questionable for the Bears is DL Ego Ferguson (knee), who has not practiced all week, while OT Jermon Bushrod (back), CB Sherrick McManis (thigh) and OLB Sam Acho (illness) are all probable.
