Jay Cutler to start against the Raiders, Jeffery inactive

Bears quarterback Jay Cutler is active and will start against the Raiders, while receiver Alshon Jeffery will not play.

Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler is active and will start today against the Oakland Raiders. Cutler is dealing with a hamstring injury and went through his normal pregame warmups. He looked fine throwing the football, although I still haven't seen him run. Mobility could be an issue.

Receiver Alshon Jeffery (hamstring) is inactive as expected. Also out is DL Jeremiah Ratliff, which is a blow to the defensive line. Will Sutton (elbow) and Ego Ferguson (knee), both of whom were questionable coming into the game, are active.

Here are the full Bears inactives for Week 4:

QB David Fales
P Patrick O'Donnell
WR Alshon Jeffery
RB Ka'Deem Carey
C Hroniss Grasu
T Jermon Bushrod
DL Jeremiah Ratliff

Charles Leno will start at left tackle for Bushrod.

For the Raiders, the following players are inactive:

RB Taiwan Jones
CB Keith McGill
LB Ben Heeney
OL Jon Feliciano
OL Matt McCants
DE Benson Mayowa
DT C.J. Wilson
