Alshon Jeffery and Matt Forte not at practice Thursday

Bears running back Matt Forte and wide receiver Alshon Jeffery did not practice today, leaving their playing status for Sunday in serious doubt.

The injuries woes for the Chicago Bears continue, as WR Alshon Jeffery (groin/shoulder) and RB Matt Forte (knee) did not practice today. Both players were listed as limited at yesterday's practice but were held out today.

Forte and Jeffery have taken a mid-week step back, which is concerning, and puts their status for Sunday's contest against the Denver Broncos in serious doubt.

Also missing from practice were OLB Pernell McPhee (knee) and WR Eddie Royal (knee). McPhee has not practiced for nearly two weeks and was held out of Sunday's victory over the St. Louis Rams.

Limited for the Bears were S Antrel Rolle (ankle), C Hroniss Grasu (neck) and ILB Shea McClellin (knee).

T Jermon Bushrod (shoulder) and G Matt Slauson (elbow/ankle) were full participants.
