The Chicago Bears have now selected three players on offense in the 2017 NFL Draft after picking running back Tarik Cohen with the 119th overall pick.
At 5-foot-6 and 179-pounds, Cohen has earned the nickname the "human joystick" for his crafty moves on the football field. He's the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference's all-time leading rusher with 5,619 yards in his four-year career with FCS school North Carolina A&T.
Cohen was named to the MEAC All-Conference team in three of his four seasons. In 2017, Cohen set a school record with 1,588 yards and 19 touchdowns on 212 carries.
He will enter training camp competing for the backup job behind Jordan Howard who had a fantastic rookie season for the Bears in 2016. Cohen could also be a valuable asset on special teams.
