His MO is to implement innovative strategies, with the players he has, to develop effective game plans and, of course, achieve the desired bottom line, WINS! If the Bear players are ready to accept Shea's proven winning approach that includes a strong work ethic, with no room for short-cuts and/or excuses, they will win a lot of games and have great fun along the way. The offense will be a source of pride and excitement to the great Chicago fans - Bear Down Chicago Bears!

I have closely followed Shea's career since our days together at the University of Oregon and know well his coaching accomplishments while he has earned the respect of virtually everyone he has had the opportunity to work with and coach against. His extensive technical knowledge of the "so-called "X's" and "O's" is matched by his powerful "people skills" and his ability to mentor young players and teach football fundamentals to veterans and rookies alike.
