Bears waive fullback Scott Dragos

LAKE FOREST, IL - The Chicago Bears waived fullback Scott Dragos today and signed cornerback Todd McMillon to the active roster from the practice squad.

The Bears re-signed tight end Adam Young to complete the five-man practice squad.

Dragos appeared in the first six games of the season for the Bears playing mainly on special teams and was inactive against Cleveland and Green Bay.

The 6-2, 245 pounder out of Boston College was claimed off waivers in 1999 and had four receptions for 28 yards in his only full season in Chicago.

McMillon has been a member of the Bears' practice squad since the beginning of the season after playing on special teams the final three games of 2000 for the Bears.

The 5-10, 183 pounder out of Northern Arizona played for the Frankfurt Galaxy in NFL Europe this past offseason.

Young was originally signed to the Bears practice squad on Sept. 9 and released Oct. 13.
