Scoring Summary: Bears 28-Giants 21

The defense setup the offense all day, but a 41-yard touchdown run by Anthony Thomas in the fourth quarter helped seal the upset victory over the Giants.

FIRST QUARTER: RB Tiki Barber 3-yard touchdown run at 8:03. Solid kick coverage for New York coupled with consecutive three and outs gave the offense great field position. A 21-yard completion from QB Kurt Warner to Ike Hilliard moved the ball to the Bears 12. It's the first touchdown the defense has allowed in the opening quarter this season. PAT by Steve Christie was good. Drive: 5 plays, 38 yards in 2:37. Giants 7, Bears 0.
