Chicago - The Indianapolis offense proved to be too much for the Bears defense. Peyton Manning threw for just over 200 yards, but four touchdown passes were more than enough against the Bears.

FIRST QUARTER: TE Marcus Pollard 14-yard touchdown reception from QB Peyton Manning at 9:05. Despite having the league's best passing offense, Edgerrin James was the focus for the Colts. He carried five times for 33 yards. Manning completed 4-of-5 passes for 40 yards, including his 32nd touchdown pass of the season. PAT by Mike Vanderjagt was good. Drive: 10 plays, 73 yards in 4:30. FIRST QUARTER: PK Paul Edinger 51-yard field goal at 2:12. A 12-yard completion from Craig Krenzel to David Terrell gave the Bears a first down. Thomas Jones then carried for consecutive gains of 6 and 15 yards to move the ball into Indianapolis territory. An offside penalty on the Colts gave the Bears 1st and 5, but the team couldn't gain another first down. Edinger's 52-yard field goal is 12th from 50 yards or beyond. Drive: 7 plays, 39 yards in 3:44. Colts 7, Bears 3.

SECOND QUARTER: RB Reggie Wayne 35-yard touchdown pass from Manning at 14:04. The Bears gave the Colts a first down when Tommie Harris jumped early on third and five. A 12-yard run by James gave Indy their third first down of the possession. Manning then went to Wayne on a fade to the end zone. Nathan Vasher had good coverage, but never looked back for the ball. PAT by Vanderjagt was good. Drive: 6 plays, 71 yards in 3:08. Colts 14, Bears 3.

SECOND QUARTER: PK Mike Vanderjagt 34-yard field goal at 10:56. Consecutive penalties on the offensive line put the Bears in 1st and 20. A short completion to Bobby Wade turned into disaster, as he tried to turn up field Joseph Jefferson knocked the ball loose and Cato June recovered the fumble at the Chicago 29. After allowing two first downs and three plays, the Bears defense held Indianapolis to a field goal. Drive: 6 plays, 13 yards in 2:32. Colts 17, Bears 3.

SECOND QUARTER: WR Marvin Harrison 10-yard touchdown reception from Manning at 5:41. A miss handled exchange between Krenzel and Jones was recovered by Josh Williams and gave the Colts the ball at the Chicago 13. Manning needed just two completions for his third TD pass of the day. PAT by Vanderjagt was good. Drive: 2 plays, 13 yards in 0:43.

SECOND QUARTER: Vanderjagt 20-yard field goal at 0:59. For the third time in the quarter the Bears turned the ball over deep in their territory. Krenzel made a poor decision on third and long, which resulted in a Joseph Jefferson interception. Manning passed for one first down and picked up another with his feet, but misfired on a third and 1 that led to the field goal. Drive: eight plays, 31 yards in 3:18. Colts 27, Bears 3.

THIRD QUARTER: Wayne 27-yard touchdown reception from Manning at 8:26. The Colts balanced attacked continued in the second half. A 11-yard James reception was followed by a 22-yard run. Manning then went to Wayne on consecutive completions of 11 and 27, including his fourth TD pass of the game. PAT by Vanderjagt was good. Drive: 4 plays, 71 yards in 2:26. Colts 34, Bears.

THIRD QUARTER: RB Edgerrin James 11-yard touchdown run at 0:42. A Krenzel sack and fumble gave the Colts the ball just shy of midfield. James touched the ball five times for 30 yards and went over 200 yards rushing on the day. PAT by Vanderjagt was good. Drive: 7 plays, 54 yards in 4:10. Colts 41, Bears 3.

FOURTH QUARTER: TE Dustin Lyman two-yard touchdown reception from QB Craig Krenzel at 1:37. The Bears only touchdown of the day came when the Colts were just trying to keep the clock running.
