CB Nathan Vasher 108-yard field goal return with no time on the clock. A second fumbled punt by Wade gave San Francisco a chance to add to their lead before the half. Two rushing first downs moved the 49ers closer to a field goal, but a 52-yard attempt with 30-35 mile an hour wind came up short.
