Armed with a brand new $41 million contract extension, cornerback Charles Tillman arrived at training camp a very happy man. Both he and his parter in crime, Nathan Vasher, are inked for the long term and will be paired together for the foreseeable future. Tillman spent some time with BearReport.com after Monday's training camp practice, and subscribers can listen to that interview right here.
John Crist: You primarily play left corner while Nathan Vasher plays on the right side, but you covered Plaxico Burress all over the field against the Giants in Week 10 last year. Might we see some of that again, or was that just a one-game gimmick?
Charles Tillman: I particularly just like the left side. That was total gameplan by Coach [Ron] Rivera and Coach [Lovie] Smith. That was something that they did last minute. I prefer the left. Nathan and I, we're able to play right and left, which is good, but I like the left.
