His numbers have improved every year and he's coming off his best season with 51 receptions for 656 yards and four touchdowns. Those numbers aren't great, but in another offense could jump.
Admittedly, White has been inconsistent. After leading the team in every major receiving category in the preseason he struggled to produce on a weekly basis during the regular season grind. His best game of the year against the Detroit Lions (8 catches for 108 yards and a touchdown) was the only game of the year he hit the century mark in yardage. Important drops and a fumble on a reverse attempt against the Eagles overshadowed White's play.
There is a chance White will not be a starter next season. David Terrell will be healthy and should compete for a starting job. Marty Booker has secured his role as the Z receiver meaning White or Terrell will be the X and whoever loses out will be the Bears third receiver.
Likelihood White will return: 85-15 in favor.
