Five on Offense: Where's UGA Stand?

Where does Georgia stand with some of their top offensive targets? Dawg Post takes a look at five of the best here...

Georgia is targeting some in and out of state playmakers in 2015 and we take a look at five top targets on the offensive side of the ball here.

Johnny Frasier, Four-star RB, Princeton (N.C.)
A decision is not likely to come soon, but Georgia is in a good spot for the No. 3 running back in the country. Florida State and Georgia and considered to be the top two right now and UGA could have him on campus again this summer. Frasier wanted to commit over the summer originally, but he is now planning to take official visits first.

Jackson Harris, Four-star TE, Columbia (Tenn.) Central
Georgia is and has been trending here. The big (6-foot-5, 240 pounds) tight end has hands, he has size, and he is what UGA wants in this class. Harris has a great connection with John Lilly and he likes how the Dawgs use the tight end. A decision could come soon. Alabama and Ole Miss are two schools to keep an eye on, but Georgia currently leads.

Alvin Kamara, Four-star RB, Hutchingson (Kansas.)
Kamara is a target for Georgia, again. The Dawgs saw him in a scrimmage recently and UGA again in his top group. Expect Georgia to get another strong look from Kamara and things may turn out a little differently for the Dawgs this time. The process will not be as public this time, but Georgia is very much in this.

Jayson Stanley, Three-star WR, Fairburn (Ga.) Creekside
The Dawgs want Stanley. He is a long wide receiver with speed to get vertical and he will be running for a state title with teammates in the 4x100 this week. Auburn and Georgia are the favorites for Stanley at this time when checking behind the scenes. A decision could come this summer.

Preston Williams, Five-star WR, Lovejoy (Ga.)
Williams is still a Tennessee commit, but Georgia is still in the mix. He had a very good visit to Georgia, Mike Bobo was by the school, Friday to check on Williams, and Athens is likely a place Williams will visit this summer. Georgia is going to go as hard as it can after Williams until it feels it has no chance. Right now, UGA is in this and should be considered a contender.
