The Bengals today made the following roster moves:

A seventh-year NFL player, Johnson was the Bengals’ No. 2 QB in 2013 and re-joined the team as an unrestricted free agent this past April.

He played in the first preseason game, passing 11-for-21 for 175 yards. He did not play in game two last night.

* Waived two college free agents:

S Erick Dargan of Oregon and DT Kalafitoni Pole of Washington State.

Dargan played in each of the team’s first two preseason games, and Pole played last night at Tampa Bay.
