Bengals unrestricted free-agent Andre Smith is heading to warmer climes after making a visit today with the Minnesota Vikings.
Smith, a veteran offensive tackle, is heading to Arizona where he will visit the Cardinals, his second meeting with an NFC team.
That appears to be the end of the road for the Smith road show.
The St. Paul Pioneer Press said today that the former No. 6 draft choice and seven-year veteran will choose between the Vikings and Cardinals as his next league destination.
If he lands in Minnesota, Smith would reunite with former Bengals defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer, now Vikings head coach. If he goes to Arizona, he would team up with former Bengals Carson Palmer and Jermaine Gresham.
The Bengals appear set to part ways with the big man after selecting a pair of offensive tackles with the first two picks of the 2015 NFL draft.
