Bills get no Monday night dates

The NFL released its schedule today, and surprisingly, the Bills won't be on any Monday night games for the third straight year. They do return to Sunday Night Football on Sept. 21 at Miami and Oct. 26 at Kansas City. They'll also be featured on a Saturday, Dec. 27 national TV game at New England.

Buffalo has the fewest national appearances of any AFC East team. The Jets have six national TV appearances, followed by the Patriots and Dolphins, each with five.

Miami has two Monday night games, two Sunday night games (one against Buffalo) and the Thanksgiving game at Dallas. The Jets have the Thursday Night Kickoff game, one Monday night game, one Saturday night game and three Sunday national games. The Patriots have one Monday night game, one Sunday night game, one Saturday night game, one Sunday national game, and one Saturday national game (against Buffalo).
