The Buffalo Bills excused Marcell Dareus from practice on Wednesday. There was no explanation given on Dareus' absence, but he's expected to be back at practice on Thursday. Fellow defensive tackle Kyle Williams was also on the injury list, and his participation was limited. Williams should be active against the Vikings as he played in Week 6.

Aaron Williams, Buffalo's most noticeable absence on the field Sunday, was a limited participant today. Buffalo's secondary struggled mightily without Williams in Week 6, so hopefully he can overcome the wrist and neck injuries that have nagged him.

Marcus Easley, a special teams standout, did not participate on Wednesday. The same can be said for Ty Powell, a reserve linebacker and special teams player.

Garrison Sanborn, the team's long snapper, was a new addition to the injury report. Sanborn's participation was limited on Wednesday. If he couldn't play on Sunday, TE Lee Smith is the team's backup long snapper.

Brandon Spikes and Da'Norris Searcy were also limited participants on Wednesday. Both played in Week 6 and are likely to play Sunday.
