Sammy Watkins to Play on Sunday

Exhale, Bills fans. Sammy Watkins is expected to play on Sunday despite re-injuring a groin injury on Wednesday. It appears the injury isn't serious.

It appears that Sammy Watkins will be good to go on Sunday when the Buffalo Bills face off with the Kansas City Chiefs.

John Wawrow of the Associated Press reported that a source familar with Watkins' diagnosis said the wide receiver is "fine and ready to go." This is good news for the Bills as they find themselves in the playoff hunt.

Watkins was the NFL's offensive rookie of the month in October and is coming off of back-to-back 100 yard games that resulted in a total of 12 receptions for 279 yards and three touchdowns. Having Kyle Orton's favorite target on the field will certainly benefit Buffalo on Sunday.
