Bills Re-Sign Bryan Johnson to Practice Squad

Bryan Johnson was released from Buffalo's 53-man roster on Wednesday. Today, the team re-signed Johnson to their practice squad.

The Buffalo Bills cut Bryan Johnson from the 53-man roster on Wednesday to make room for KR Marcus Thigpen. Today, the team re-signed Johnson to their practice squad.

To make room for Johnson on the practice squad, the Bills released CB Brandon Smith. Johnson joined the Bills as an undrafted free agent following the 2014 NFL draft. The defensive end played his college ball at West Texas A&M. In his 28 games with West Texas A&M, Johnson had 89 tackles, 16.5 tackles for loss, eight sacks, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
