Will Marquise Goodwin Play on Sunday?

Marquise Goodwin has battled injuries throughout 2014. He appears healthy but could be held out tomorrow due to a sickle cell trait.

The Buffalo Bills need as many weapons as possible to defeat the Denver Broncos. Marquise Goodwin has battled injuries this season and appears to be healthy, but will he play on Sunday? This summer, Goodwin revealed to WIVB-TV that he has asthma, along with a sickle cell trait.

Playing in Denver with sickle cell can be dangerous due to the altitude. Ryan Clark, now with Washington, was held out of a game in 2012 due to the health risks involved with sickle cell.

Sal Capaccio of WGR-550 said that Doug Marrone stated that no one on the Bills had any medical issues preventing them from playing in Denver.

Goodwin only has one reception on the season, but his speed can lead to mismatches. We'll find out tomorrow if Goodwin will take the field for Buffalo.
